VIRTUAL RETREAT

As coaches we meet so many women who want to live a life of purpose and meaning. Women who want to experience the fullness of life and want the courage and confidence in themselves to be able to do it. 

However, a pattern we have noticed is that a lot of women judge themselves harshly, compare themselves to others and just don’t feel comfortable in their own skin.

 

A lot of women struggle with their intuition, aren’t connected to their spiritual essence and are very much living from their mind. 

As two positive psychology professionals and women we have had this experience ourselves, we know how it feels to want more from our life and feel like we aren’t reaching our fullest potential. As two women who have deepened their spiritual practice and connected to their essence, we want to help other women to do the same. 

We want to support you to connect with your internal wisdom and release the stress and the pressure you have become so accustomed to.

When Is It?

The retreat is spaced over three days and designed to fit in around your busy life, with you completing optional tasks in the printable retreat workbook.

Day 1 - 10am-12pm Saturday, 19th June

Day 2 - 10am-12pm Sunday, 20th June

Day 3 - 7pm-9pm Monday, 21st June

Why This Retreat?

We are two positive psychology coaches and trainers with specialised expertise in mental health and wellbeing facilitation, human design, cognitive behavioural coaching, mindfulness-based spiritual practice, and somatic coaching.

 

We are two women who have been on a personal spiritual journey and have generated the wisdom of alignment, self-compassion and intentional living. 

We have integrated our personal experiences with evidence-based positive psychology coaching practices to bring you this blended approach to wellbeing.

This three day retreat is an evidenced-based programme that is designed to bring you closer to who you are and align you with your spiritual essence.

 

This retreat is designed to take you from a place of confusion, overwhelm and a sense that you are lacking direction to a place of clarity, ease and intentional living.

 

We will support you to develop unshakable self acceptance and compassion, and equip you with the tools to coach yourself into alignment each day.
