Author of 'The 4 Pillar Plan' (one of my most used books) and the star of BBC1's 'Doctor In The House', Dr. Chatterjee is probably one of the most well-known GP's in the UK. His podcast is now rated as the number 1 health podcast in the UK and Europe and over half a million people watch and listen each week. His interviews draw on his extensive experience and include inspiring stories from leading health & psychology experts in addition to celebs. 7. Art of Charm
Relationships are one of the five keys to happiness according to 'the father of positive psychology' Martin Seligman. My own research, conducted to obtain my MSc, indicated that this is true even for children as young as five years old.
We are not islands, so I love the fact that this podcast provides a more interpersonal focus than most, focusing on social skills instead of just the self. The hosts, AJ Harbinger & Johnny Dzubak discuss the importance of relationships and human dynamics as part of their strategy to help you rethink your relationships and become better communicators and more successful in your endeavours.
