After the past 16 months, many of us are still living with regular feelings of overwhelm, stress, anxiety and frustration. Issues around work, relationship and sometimes family pressures have pushed us beyond breaking point and we are living on the edge where something MUST change or we are in danger of causing lasting damage to our physical and mental health. This 4 session course is grounded in positive psychology coaching and you will; identify whether you are at increased risk of burnout; learn how to reduce your stress and anxiety; develop strategies to build lasting boundaries to create a better life balance; and build the confidence and self-esteem to recognise when to put yourself first and how to find self-care strategies that work for you.
