ABOUT US
Who We Are
Excellence should never cost you everything.
In the world of independent education, the pressure is real — and it runs in every direction. Pupils are performing. Parents are managing. Teachers are holding the line. School leaders are shaping culture under scrutiny. The ambition is understood. The stakes are known.
What's often missing is the infrastructure to make it sustainable.
At Keystone, we provide the psychological grounding that elite environments require but rarely prioritise. Not quick fixes or motivational workshops — but the deep, evidence-based work of building genuine resilience: the mindset, the emotional intelligence, and the self-awareness that allow young people, families, and educators to perform at their best without quietly unravelling.
We are grounded in the science of Positive Psychology and more than twenty years of specialist experience. We are fluent in the culture of independent education — its language, its pressures, and its genuine strengths. And we work with the same discretion, rigour, and care that our clients bring to everything they do.
Because the goal was never just to get through. It was always to thrive.
The Team Behind the Coaching
Keystone Coaching is a team of qualified, accredited positive psychology coaches with real experience in independent education. We're here to help young people, families and school leaders thrive.

Tamara Judge
Founder & Lead Coach
Specialism: Confidence, resilience and identity development in young people, alongside burnout prevention coaching and supervision for senior leaders
Tamara is a positive psychology coach and the founder of Keystone Coaching. With over 20 years’ experience in education, including 15 years in school leadership, she understands the pressures facing young people, parents and educators in high-achieving environments. She established Keystone Coaching to bring evidence-based coaching and wellbeing approaches into schools and families, supporting young people to build confidence, resilience and a strong sense of who they are, while also providing coaching supervision for educational leaders. Her work is grounded in the belief that supporting the wellbeing and development of adults around young people is just as important as supporting the young people themselves. Her approach combines coaching science with warmth and curiosity, creating a supportive space where parents and educators feel understood and able to thrive.

WHAT WE STAND FOR
Our Values
At Keystone Coaching, the way we work matters just as much as the work itself. These values guide how we support young people, families and educators every day.
People First
Every programme begins with the person, not the problem. We focus on strengths, values and potential, supporting the whole individual rather than trying to “fix” difficulties.
Safe & Supportive
Trust and psychological safety are at the heart of effective coaching. We create calm, confidential spaces where young people and adults feel heard, respected and able to explore openly.
Evidence-Informed
Our work is grounded in positive psychology, coaching science and real experience in education. Everything we do is practical, research-informed and designed to create meaningful change.
Supporting the Whole System
Young people don’t exist in isolation. We work with families, educators and leaders as well as young people themselves, recognising that lasting change happens when the whole system is supported.
