Breakthrough - One Day Intensive

Service Description

This super-intensive one day coaching session will help you get clarity and focus, identify and overcome obstacles, challenge negative thoughts to create a more positive mindset, understand how to leverage your strengths and develop an action plan to make goal achievement a breeze. This session is, as stated above, intense. This session is only for you if you are prepared to: - dive deeply into self-reflection and ask and answer difficult questions - be honest with yourself and potentially feel uncomfortable - work hard, in partnership, to identify and overcome obstacles and self-sabotage - take full responsibility for your past and future actions in order to achieve success - dedicate 5 hours of your time over one day NB. A simple allergy-friendly lunch can be provided on request, or you are welcome to take a break and visit one of the many delightful local pubs that are within a short drive.
