WHAT AM I DOING WITH MY LIFE?

When you think about your life, do you keep wondering: Is this it?

 

As a coaching psychologist and consultant, I hear this question, or a version of it, all the time. Chances are, if you are asking yourself the same question, you have woken up to find yourself in one of the following scenarios:

 

1. You feel stuck in a job you hate.

2. You're in a relationship you no longer want.

3. Your life is so far from the one you imagined it really isn't funny. 

4. You are tired of feeling like you have no control.

5. You know something is missing but you aren't sure what it is.

If any of the above resonate with how you're feeling, don't worry. There are MILLIONS of people out there who feel stuck or unfulfilled in their personal or work life. The thing is, most of them DO NOTHING ABOUT IT!

But you're here, so already you are different to them!

WHY DO I FEEL LIKE THIS?

If you relate to any of the above scenarios, you are probably feeling;

  • confused about what to do;

  • scared to make a change;

  • overwhelmed by your options;

  • anxious about making the wrong choice;

  • regret about missed opportunities;

  • distraught at the though of upsetting someone.

Or, maybe you don't feel unhappy or lost, you've just realised you want something more from life. Maybe something new and different, and you just need some help figuring out how to achieve it. 

Remember, these feelings are all perfectly normal and valid. Going through any life change brings challenges and uncertainty, but ultimately taking decisive action and facing them head on will bring you closer to your goal. 

WHY COACHING?

Having a coach is a bit like having your own personal cheerleader; encouraging, supporting and committed to you and your evolution.

 

We listen without judgment and reflect what you say, opening your mind to your strengths, blind spots and thought traps; which enables you to build effective strategies to achieve your goals and make positive changes in your life.

You see, you deserve to be happy. We all do! We should all feel energised by what we do, love our lives (most of the time – because you know, ironing…) and understand how we contribute our own little brand of happiness to the big blue world we call home.

It won’t be easy. Things that are meaningful never are. But it will be worth it.

If the thought of making big changes to your life frightens you, how much more frightened are you at the thought of feeling the same way in a years’ time if you do nothing? Or in 5 years? Or 10 years?

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?

'Is This It?' is an intensive 12 week* one-to-one (or group) personal coaching program that helps you explore your personal strengths and values; to re-discover yourself and re-connect with your hidden dreams.

 

The program is grounded in research-based positive psychology and is carefully designed to enable you to find your ‘ikigai’ or purpose in life and achieve greater happiness and life-satisfaction.

It comprises three 4-week units:

  1. Finding Yourself

  2. Understanding Yourself

  3. Creating Yourself

Each unit includes:

Two 1.5hr Coaching Sessions

Sessions are either one-to-one or group, depending on coaching package. (Option to add coaching sessions.)

High quality printable workbook containing coaching prompts and activities.

Additional Resources / Assessments

Digital resources and access to assessments such as the VIA Character Strengths assessment in Unit 1.

For the group package only, a private group where you can discuss the coaching activities and share thoughts and progress.

  • Reframe negative thought patterns and build the confidence to step outside your comfort zone and chase your dreams

  • Recognise the gifts and talents that you can be paid for

  • Discover the daily rituals and habits that help you get there in flow

  • Experience deep, inner transformation and discover the impact you were meant to make in this world

  • Recognise the power of Progress, not Perfection!
