TESTIMONIALS
What Families Say
"Coaching sessions have been extremely useful. My son has spoken more openly with teachers about how he has been feeling and I believe he is gaining confidence in class due to your techniques. I also see that he is starting to be more aware of his choices and this has improved behaviour."
Emma
Parent, Oxfordshire, UK
"I find the sessions really helpful. They make me feel calm and it's useful to have the space to reflect. If I have a problem I know I can talk about it and I know how to help myself feel better and challenge negative thoughts."
T
Age 11, Oxfordshire, UK
"Having a session booked in during the week has, I believe, led to a more steady confidence in himself to make choices that will benefit him and others. At home, I have noticed that he is now more calm when he describes a situation that has not gone to plan. Our experience has been that having an outlet for our son to express his frustrations to, and who then was able to support him to reframe the situation and bring positive learning to it, has been fabulous."
Kate & Ewan S.
Parents, Oxfordshire, UK
"Sometimes I find it hard to talk about how I feel or know what to say. Coaching helped me feel calmer and more in control when things felt too much. We talked about stuff like what’s important to me, and how I can understand my own emotions better. I liked that it wasn’t too intense — we took it slowly and it felt safe. I’ve learned that I can use the things I’m good at to help me when school or life feels overwhelming."

"One of the things I’m most proud of from coaching is learning how to focus better, especially because I used to find that much harder.I’ve learned I’m quite patient. I don’t really stress much, and I understand more about what I want to do.The breathing strategies have been the most helpful tool for me. Learning about my strengths and values has also helped me understand myself more."
Tristan
Year 8, Berkshire
"We decided to try coaching because our son had been struggling with low self-esteem and other related difficulties that were beginning to affect different areas of his life. Since starting sessions with Tamara, we have noticed some very positive changes. He has become more self-aware and is beginning to show a more balanced and constructive view of himself. There is a quiet increase in his confidence which has been very encouraging to observe."
Andrew I.
Parent, Oxfordshire
"Coaching helped me understand more about what’s going on in my head and how to deal with it better. I liked being able to talk about the things that frustrate me and what I actually care about, like fairness and doing well. I’ve learned that I can still be strong and do my best, even when things don’t feel fair. It helped me focus on what’s ahead and how I want to be seen at my next school. It was really good. Tamara is kind and easy to talk to."
Toby
Year 9, Berkshire, UK
"I liked that coaching wasn’t boring or all serious — we could talk about proper stuff but still have a laugh. It made me feel more ready for the changes coming up and reminded me what I’m actually good at. I’ve started thinking about what I want for myself, like getting a job or making new friends, and I feel more confident knowing I’ve got some strengths to back me up. It’s been fun."
