Best for: EMCC or ICF-accredited coaches maintaining credentials or supplementing group supervision
Lantern
BI-MONTHLY SUPERVISION
1 session every 2 months
A steady rhythm of reflection for coaches building hours or managing a variable caseload. Enough space to go deeper, stay connected to what matters, and build the kind of insight that compounds over time.
Best for: Coaches developing confidence or working more regularly
Beacon
MONTHLY SUPERVISION

For coaches actively working with multiple clients each month, aligned with EMCC guidance (1 hour per 35 coaching hours). This is where the real heavy lifting happens — so you can stay clear, grounded, and fully present for the people you serve.

Sustained Development
Twelve months of shared reflection builds something a single workshop cannot: genuine trust, accumulated insight, and professional growth that compounds over time. Many coaches find these sessions become a highlight of their professional calendar.
Accreditation Ready
Documented session records using AI are provided after each meeting, supporting your ongoing EMCC or ICF accreditation requirements without additional administrative burden.
If the idea of a small, trusted group of peers — with proper facilitation and real depth — resonates with you, this might be the format you've been looking for. Places are strictly limited. When the cohort is full, it is closed. Reach out to start a conversation.
WHAT COACHES SAY
Voices From Supervision

"What I value most about Tamara's supervision is her ability to listen deeply and prompt a level of reflection that directly impacts how I show up for my clients. She creates a clear, relaxed, and open environment that makes it incredibly easy to build trust. Through her observations and timely insights, I've developed a much calmer confidence in my coaching and a greater awareness of my own reactions in the moment. Tamara offers a perfect balance of being an open, engaging listener while providing the healthy challenge needed to adjust your thinking and grow. I highly recommend her to any coach looking for a supportive space to deepen their reflective practice."

COMMON QUESTIONS
Everything You Need to Know
What is coaching supervision?
Coaching supervision is a structured, confidential process where a qualified coach reflects on their practice with an experienced supervisor. It's a thinking partnership that helps you explore client dynamics, strengthen your professional resilience, deepen your development, and meet EMCC and ICF accreditation requirements.
How is coaching supervision different from coaching?
Coaching supervision focuses on the coach and their impact on their clients. It provides a reflective space to examine your own practice, responses, strengths, and professional growth — rather than working directly on personal goals. Think of it as calibrating the instrument you bring to every session.
How often should a coach have supervision?
EMCC guidance suggests approximately 1 hour of supervision for every 35 coaching hours. For active coaches, this typically means monthly sessions. Less active coaches may benefit from bi-monthly or quarterly supervision — all three rhythms are available here.
Does supervision count towards EMCC or ICF accreditation?
Yes. Documented supervision with an accredited supervisor supports both EMCC and ICF accreditation and renewal. Every Keystone Supervision plan includes session records for accreditation purposes.
What does a supervision session involve?
Sessions are confidential, tailored conversations focused on your current coaching work. You might explore a challenging client dynamic, an ethical question, your own development, or the strengths and patterns you bring to your practice. The approach is grounded in Positive Psychology — warm, rigorous, and non-judgemental.
What's the difference between 1:1 and group supervision?
1:1 supervision is a private, dedicated thinking partnership entirely focused on you and your practice — ideal for tailored, confidential support at a rhythm that suits your caseload. Group supervision brings together a small, closed cohort of four coaches for a facilitated session that draws on collective experience. Both are structured and professionally led, but the group format adds the dimension of peer insight and shared reflection. Many coaches find value in both at different stages of their practice.
What role does Positive Psychology play in your supervision?
Positive Psychology isn't just a credential — it's a lens I apply throughout our work together. It means we explore your practitioner strengths, build psychological capital (resilience, efficacy, hope, optimism and confidence), and draw on the evidence base for what keeps coaches effective and energised. It's the science behind sustainable, high-quality practice.
Is there a discount available?
Yes — a discount of up to 25% on the monthly plan is available for coaches in training or newly qualified coaches with less than two years' experience. Get in touch to find out more.

Grow With Curiosity, Not Pressure
This isn’t about ticking boxes or being ‘right’. It’s a supportive, co-created space to stretch your thinking, deepen your insight, and evolve your identity as a coach — at a pace that honours your energy and values.
Avoid Burnout, Sustain Your Spark
When you're giving a lot to others, it’s easy to run on empty. Supervision is a preventative pause — where you can feel seen, supported, and reminded that you matter too.
Be Part of Something Bigger
Coaching doesn’t happen in isolation — and neither should supervision. You’ll leave with a stronger sense of self, clearer thinking, and a deeper connection to your why.
Whatever stage of your coaching journey you're in, supervision is a powerful way to stay lit from within — not just switched on for others.
How Supervision Can Help You
Get Clarity
Supervision helps you pause and reflect on what’s really going on — in your practice, your clients, and yourself. Whether you're navigating complexity, uncertainty, or simply too much at once, this is space to step back, reconnect, and notice the patterns.
Stay Grounded
In a profession that’s often about holding space for others, supervision helps you resource yourself. Explore what’s present beneath the surface — self-doubt, emotional weight, ethical edges — and build a steadier foundation for your coaching.
Strengthen Your Practice
Supervision sharpens your thinking and broadens your toolkit. We'll explore what’s working, where you’re stuck, and what wants to shift — so you can move forward with greater confidence, impact and alignment.
